If your order is confirmed to be lost in transit, we will of course provide a refund for you. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Other FAQS
-
What is my ring size?
We use UK ring sizes. If you know your ring size in a different format, please look up a ring size conversion chart, and you should be able to match up your ring size to the UK format. -
Do you make any pieces in gold?
We currently are only making pieces in sterling silver and have no plans to experiment with working in gold. -
When will you be restocking this piece?
Please follow social media channels to be upated with restocking, new products and new collections. -
Will your jewellery turn my skin green?
All of our pieces are made from 925 sterling silver and should therefore not turn your skin green, nor tarnish after getting wet. If your skin does have a slight reaction to the jewellery, it may be due to any leftover polish that may be on the surface of the metal, so you might have to just give it a bit of a wash. A small number of people do have small reactions to sterling silver due to the 7.5% copper that is added to sterling silver to provide strength!
